I got mine 3 days after ordering it, but i wasn't supposed to be receiving any for 3 weeks "the website says that Middle eastern countries will receive the package 3 weeks after ordering it", and it was free and tagged with DHL as a "Golden package" meaning that it is secured.
Pretty neat from MS.
